Family Benefit Check is a free service that connects you with one licensed insurance agent. We are not an insurance company, we do not sell insurance ourselves, and we are not part of any government agency.
No promise of coverage
Using this site does not mean you are approved for coverage. Plans, prices and benefits depend on the insurer, your age, your health and your state. Your agent will explain your options.
Permission to contact you
If you check the consent box and tap "See My Options", you agree to be contacted as described next to that box. You can opt out any time by replying STOP or by telling the agent.
Using the site
Please give true information, and only fill out the questions for yourself or for someone who asked you to help.
